Apart from the obvious yellow gounds trend

We also witnessed a lot of beauty trends on the red carpet of the 64th Annual Emmy Awards,  such as nude lips, smokey eyes, bold lips and big hair!
Let's focus on the two clear make-up trends of the soirée.

Bold Lips with  flawless skin and defined eyes

Jessica Pare - Make up by Kate Lee

“I didn’t want to use a matte shade, I was trying to avoid any product that would make the look retro as opposed to modern,” Kate Lee told InStyle.com

Christina Hendricks - Make-up by Vanessa Scali

“I was inspired by the soft, feminine look of the dress and its cool, shimmery neutral color against her skin. I kept her face soft and romantic, but added contrast and strength with a bold lip color.” Vanessa Scali

Kat Dennings - Make-up by Beau Nelson

Strong eyes and nude lips

Ginnifer Goodwin - Make-up by Mai Quynh

Ginnifer Goodwin's thick graphic jet black eyeliner and nude lip allowed her natural beauty to shine. Amazing !!!

Lena Dunham - Make-up by Jo Strettell

Our favourite Girl, Lena Dunham debuted her brand new pixie cut with a dark smokey eye and a nude lip.
She looked absolutely stunning and cool!!!

January Jones - Make-up by Rachel Goodwin

January Jones' navy smokey eye seemed to be the most controversial make-up of yesterday's Emmy Awards.
Personally I loved it !
Celebrity Makeup Artist for Chanel, Rachel Goodwin, explained to hollywoodlife.com the glamorous Emmys look she created for January: “I created a powerful indigo smokey eye paired with soft berry stained lips. I wanted her whole look to have a dramatic high fashion feel to it, not passive but of real intentional glamour.

Allison Williams - Make-up by Julie Harris

Allison Williams (Marnie from Girls) looked dazzling with a rosy lip and lashy smokey eyes.
